That's a very tricky answer.

Sight requires light, which is a very, very, VERY quick beam of particles. It stands to reason that because of this, it is the one that is sensed the quickest, much faster than smell or hearing. Since Neji has the stronger Byakugan, he would be the strongest sensor.

But wait! Naruto's Chakra Mode can sense evil energy at any given point in time! Were that to take place at a far distance, it could be that Naruto would sense that before Neji could travel at the distance needed to sense the user.

Very tricky question indeed.

KM Naruto is probably the winner. However in second place I'll put Minato and Tobirama for obvious reasons. Just a little bit lower is Karin who has earned a seat on my favourite kunoichi. With only there own powers, it's a tie between Minato and Tobirama followed by Karin.

Karin is a great sensor aswell

Tobirama & minato didn't sense shit till orochimaru told them ACCURATELY IS A FALSE STATEMENT if this was the case minato would've knew it was obito overall their basic sensors they just so happen to be kages

Naruto is a good sensor, but just because he is the only one who can sense negative emotions using KM doesnt mean that he is the best. It just makes him unique.

Hinata/Ao

These people have reached the highest level of sensory ability

Karin - Orochimaru himself put her in charge of his hideouts because of her sensory ability. She might not be the greatest in battle, but her supportive abilities are top-notch
Hinata - she possesses the highly coveted byakugan and currently has the widest known visual range in the hyuuga clan, which is 10 km, and also trains on a sensory/tracking based team
Ao - he is already a very experienced sensor, but combining that with the insight granted to him with his single byakugan eye greatly boosts his sensory capablilties.
Muu - this guy can erase his visible body and chakra signature from existance and can sense other people's chakra signatures as well.
