Kakashi before sharingan and before Minato became his teacher. That is the real genius. He is the smartest person in NV.
Itachi got the second place cause his eyes helped him alot vs others. But you are what you are, he is the great ninja with greater mind.
Boruto, the third place. Chidori w/o dojutsu copy&paste. Kishi named Boruto the Prodigy and hint that he will surpass legend is nuff said.
