he also healed Sakura after kyuubi attacked her. So my point was initally directing to your statement that you ONLY saw him healing himself, which isnt true. Also, its obvious that he has grown greatly since than, so he could very well could have surpass Tsunade.

This is a tossup. I believe it's either Hashirama or Tsunade. Tsunade because of how much she's shown, and how she was world renown for her skills, or Hashirama because Tsunade herself acknowledged him as a better healer.
