tenten wins hands down she has a tool to make weapons she has unbelievable power and no limits on weapons of mass destruction she is fast too you see gaara has sand but it is slow and can be beat by speed as show in chunin exams when lee battles gaara then deidara uses chakra in his bombs so he has limits so tenten is the winner
