I was just about to make this, you know.

Madara; Jiraiya's a cheat because he uses combination jutsu. Hiruzen got his katon jutsu rejected by a weakened Edo Tobirama, although the level that Hiruzen used the jutsu was stated by ANBU who were observing the fight to be Kage-level.

Dude, this thread is about Katon users NOT Enton users. Obito is just like Jiraiya; using a combination of jutsu to enhance the Katon jutsu. Whereas, Madara is just pure fire and at an extremely powerful pressure that also covers a huge amount of area.
