Kimimaro and neji gets one shotted by Frog kata. Thats why i said no SM cause they can use the natural energy to extand their range a ghost punch you wont know what hit you. I said regular taijutsu so i agree with neji and kimimaro being one of the bests but i think thats gai

How is this even a question? Come on. Gai is the best taijutsu user and fighter by far.

Other than Gai, there are Naruto, Sasuke, Kakashi, Obito, Madara, Hashirama, Tobirama, Rock Lee, Itachi, Killer B that come to mind. Also Hiashi, Neji, Hidan, Darui, Sarutobi, Minato, the Raikage and some other people. And also obviously Kaguya, Hagoromo and Hamura.
