Who is the best 3T sharingan user?

Wow I'm reading most of these response and find it rather funny that alot of people belive sasuke is a better 3t user then itachi who awakened his at a very young age was a part of anbu because of his skills in witch they showed us in the spin off episode's with kakashi im not taking anything away from sasuke when he got his 3t eye he was good...but still could not match to a blind itachi who was pretty much weakend from over using his ms before there battle and during the battle when he let up so sasuke could break free...madara i agree with most he was never showed with 3t but only ems.. So for me it would be

1.Itachi
2.madara
3.sasuke
4.kakashi
5.obito

No, that was the incident with BM Naruto clone. He didn't have 3T out then. Higher ocular Sharingan tiers do point out the clone, as Sasuke knew the real Naruto from the clones in his RSM form.
