But danzo is the only one that I think had good intent for the wrong reasons

Op, any decent villain isn't just a villain to be one... they all have a motive that to them doesn't seem so evil or bad in the grand scheme of things.. that being said probably zetsu, as everyone under was mislead in some way shape or form
