Obito wasn't going to revive him since he wanted to steal Madara's plan for himself and just so happened to be revived by Kabuto.

Madara's trump card is based on Hashirama so what would have happened if Hashirama wasn't ressurected by Orochimaru?
Sage Mode is his aim but Hashirama was the only one who Madara could've possibly known to have Sage Mode while he was alive for the planning. He practically didn't plan on Obito becoming the Jin.

Although he came up with the trump card on the spur of the moment after Obito became the jin.
That was fast planning so i'll give him that but he's still no Aizen.


As for Obito...
He planned ahead but some of his plans failed(nine-tails/minato) or would've failed(no Kabuto, no extra reinforcements and nine-tails chakra.)

On top of that, he stole someone else's plan instead of coming up with his own.
Although going about it a different way and even stealing it and making it his own has its credit. I'll give him credit where it's due as well but he is no Aizen either.
