Who is that purple hair ANBU girl?

They have showed her here and there throughout the series and im curious to know who she is. She know kakashi well because during the thirds funeral she spoke to him like a close comrade(maybe when kakashi was anbu they were close idk).

P.S shes the one who loved Hayate....

She's 10 years or so younger than Kakashi, so I highly doubt they were comrades in ANBU. He probably just knows who she is from missions/seeing her in the village/whatever.
