DD given no opposition and 100 years couldn't make an island disappear. He has no feats to say otherwise.

And when I say disappear I don't mean destroy I mean disappear because you could only get Jet dials from Enels home and Dials are just crab shells that end up on the shore. So even if you burn it to the ground the shells still show up. Its gone. Even the dirt.
DD couldn't do that.

Enels bounty if he lived on the ground would have been 500 million. The only person on that list who could handle enel is luffy.

I really hope for your sake you're trolling. How can you possibly think Enel is stronger than DD? He would get one-shotted. DD is close to admiral level man and is a high level haki user. The outcome of this fight is absolutely certain.
That's some serious overestimation of Enel. I'll let you decide what you want to believe.

So i have seen a lot of variations in the lists. I forgot to put vergo in the OP, my bad.

One thing common is that DD is put at the top in almost all the lists.
I read a lot of times people saying that many people overrate/underrate certain characters.
Now I think that it is really hard to rank these characters properly.

All i want to say right now is that my man barto is highly underrated.
His defense even without barriers was quite strong.
His barriers have multiple uses and he is quite versatile. I don't know myself where to put him in that list but I see a lot of potential in him because of the DF he have.
