Jiraiya is stronger than itachi for sure.
and there's not way sasuke can beat Jiraiya.

and madara had kept some secrets from itachi, the ''fail-safe'' thing.
so madara isn't really that much stronger than itachi but i still think he is a bit stronger than him.
but Jiraiya for sure is stronger than itachi but don't know if he's stronger than madara
so my list goes like:

We dun really know coz we havent seen them fight 100% yet...but i think jiraiya itachi and madara about the same level
