Yajirobi's power level during the Vegeta fight was 970. This is MUCH higher than Master Roshi's power level of 139. However Master Roshi blew up the moon with a mere power level of 139. Yajirobe is nearly 9 times stronger than that. He carries enough power to blow up Earth more than 2 times over.

So for these reason I say with complete confidence that Yajirobe>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Choji.
