I'm gonna have to go with Sakura on this one.

Ino was able to take control of the juubi with both obito and madara controlling it beating out two minds even if it was only for 2 seconds.This showcases the activation speed and how fast she can take control and gain control of the limbs.
If she can do that in two seconds when applying it to actual shinobi she can just slit there throat.

I believe this fight will depend on who gets the first strike.

Sakura is stronger but Ino is having her useful time now. Problem is, the mind transfer jutsu makes you extremely vulnerable when fighting two opponents or more.

Using the Mind Transfer Jutsu you can transfer you mind into multiple Opponents, Ino currently can split her mind into two different bodies simultaneously, but who's to say that a more advance and skill user wouldn't be able to split their mind between 20 different body's? I dont think fighting Multiple opponents would be an issue.

That was only because Naruto was yelling at the top of his lungs that helped her out. Technically Sakura was too weak minded to do it herself so you really should be saying that Sakura(with naruto's yelling ) beat that at the chunin exams

you do know that all the damage that sakura would take would go to Ino as well?

If this poll is about a 1v1 battle between the two it would hand's down go to Sakura. However Ino is a much more useful team member then her under the right circumstances.
