who is stronger madara or orochimaru

My brother and my cousin is having an argument who si stronger madara or orochimaru help if you could,I would apreciate it if the members of the base told me!

But how is madara stronger if orochimaru mastered every jutsu in the book I don't get ot,madara even said it's to dangertous to get close to orochimaru

Ok, so we know that Madara wants to kill who leaves Akatsuki like he told Sasuke and like what he did to Konan, right? and we know that Diedara was assigned to take off Orochimaru? after the death of Orochimaru, he even volunteers to kill Sasuke because Orochimaru was his target, right?

We also know that Orochimaru in part one left Akatsuki 10 years ago and that translates to 12-13 years in part two. so, Madara was trying to kill Orochimaru for 13 years with no success even if:
1- Orochimau was week after the Konoha attack and he could have killed him.
2- Orochimaru had allot of knowledge on Akatsuki that could have destroyed it and judging that the book Kabuto gave Naruto didn't help Konoha at all, Kabuto could have left some info for him like the Gedo Mazo info. therefore, Kabuto gave useless info.
3- The fact that Akatsuki had many S class ninjas that could find Orochmaru and kill him.

In addition, from the recent chapter, we know Orochimaru has been sniffing around in were he shouldn't belong. In other words, he was working behind Madara's back while in Akatsuki.

So, I think that there might have been a possibility that Madara did not kill Orochimaru because he was afraid of him for 13 years.

Also, Orochimaru can summon Hashirame and Minato. The two who defeated Madara. Especially, Hashirame who defeated prime Madara who is stronger than current Madara. Further more, Orochimaru may know Madara's secret and he gave that secret to Kabuto (6th coffin).

you are right oro is strong one of the strongest and one of the most screwed up in the whole series and the fact that he is basically immortal is another pain the ass for any of the akatsuki to hunt him down. Him when he is healthy is really good but not madara's lvl, and you are right madara fears a lot since oro knos a lot about his plans
