Who is stronger madara or minato

Iruka told naruto that he was considered the most powerful Hokage... Now I also said in my opinion Minato was more powerful than Sarutobi but obviously there wasn't much to base this off of...more of an educated guess....

lol and as i sai, nobody important. iruka is cool but he didnt see what the 1st did (heck he wasnt even born) so him saying that doesnt really make it true, since the 3rd and the 4th was the kages in his lifetime and protected the village frm the kyubi ofcourse he would say that. my point is-is that unless we have a ninja that was alive in all the time periods (madara or maybe tsuchikage) then it isnt 100%. and like i said the 4th is over hyped. i could make a argument like the 1st is the best (have more proof),, p.s. when you said "4th>3rd>1st>madara and said the the 3rd was the best kage of all time then said the 4th was better then him" you lost all cred with me (not saying im anybody important) because you contradicted your self.

But out of the previous Hokage's I say he is stronger than the ones that came before him.
My reasons for saying this is that the 1st and 2nd Hokage just about only used 1 type of elemental jutsu.
The 1st used water and earth as well but mostly wood.
And as seen when they were fighting the 3rd Hokage the 1st and 2nd use large scale ninjutsu only in battle.
With one exception of that infinite Darkness genjutsu the 1st uses.
Those large scale jutsu would be perfect for the straightforward war tactics they used way back then.
But seen now you need more precision to win a battle/war and the 1st and 2nd Hokage dont have that.
Now to the 3rd Hokage which is the only person out of the 5 that should have held the title Hokage because he mastered 4 elements fire,water,earth, and lightning which is what i thought was required to be of the Kage rank.He is the only hokage past or present that i think would give the 4th Hokage a challenge because of his vast jutsu knowledge and knowledge of the elements.The only advantage I give to Minato is his teleportation jutsu which puts him above the 3rd Hokage.
Tsunade belongs in the category right above the 1st and 2nd Hokage because she only knows one element and that is earth and she is a great medical ninja, and she has Katsuyu.
Minato is the best hokage because of his high intellect,speed,rasengan,teleportation, and gamabunta.
With those attributes alone he can beat all the previous Hokages and all the Hokage's after him.

The Rasengan is "weak" your just playing yourself horribly.
