Ok true, she could break the Doton. However, the Katon I mentioned would not be scrubbed off as easily as you are making it seem. She has never tanked any Katon jutsu without Byakugo, unless you can show me scans. She bare handedly stopped madara's Ryuen Hoka, but used Byakugo to heal. She tanked Yasaka Magatama with byakugo. All Katons and attacks she tanked were with Byakugo. However, she would get destroyed if she keeps taking Katons to the face without a break.

Thats why Madaras katon did more damage to Tsunade than his Susanoo swords, because the area of effect of the katon destroys more cells. The same reason why her byakugou stopped shortly afterwards, the katon hastened her juice. You also act as if Byakugo lasts forever, which it doesnt. Does not last long at all.
