, on top of the fact that Kabuto using juugo DNA, means that he can passively absorb natural energy whilst moving, therefore once he is in DSM, he simply recharges his new chakra, as if he never ran out,,
and with kabuto being able to absorb natural energy through the battle, means that he is never really running out, in DSM, especially not before minato is,

minato cannot use FTG if hes paralysed and is unable to use, especially since FTG still requires chakra, and with minato unable to move, he is not evading it,
I am well aware that FTG isnt a technique that one maintains, however minato would still be unable to use it once he is affected by White Rage, or Mugen Onsa
and once he is caught, kabuto would use a chakra scalpel on him and end him,

I agree with your post but I don't think white rage is a Genjutsu. It freezes movement with blinding light, sound, and vibration but it's not a Genjutsu. Minato might be able to FTG away in the first few seconds the way Itachi and Sasuke were still able to hold Susano. Also, I don't think white rage will be that powerful on the open. The cave really made it more powerful.
