Killer Bee for two reasons:Hey guys, I just wanna know who is stronger.. Raikage (A) or killer B, the hachibi jinchuuriki,.?
1-Ay himself admitted, that Bee has more talent than him.
2-Bee won their last fight (in which we saw a flashback of one of Bee's dreams, to surpass Ay and obtain a stronger Lariat than him) and Bee had the stronger Lariat of the two.
