My first thought was that he was gonna shoehorn Vegeta into being Omni King's friend like all the other times, but it could be someone that would show Omni King that destroying planets/galaxies, etc. is no good. It could be Pan, because come on, look at that cinnamon roll, why would you continue a destruction streak knowing you might kill off civilizations who might have other Pans?

Buu might work too indeed.

Maybe some cruel joke gets played on Black Goku/Zamasu where if they are not fun to play with, they get blown up.
