Who is smarter? Sasuke or Shikamaru?

Shikamaru pales in comparison to Sasuke. He has never done anything notable whatsoever when Sasuke has come up with some extremely impressive plans and intelligence. Shikamaru is extremely overrated and Sasuke shits on him in intelligence and everything else. Only people who can't comprehend the manga for shit think otherwise.
You all need to stop failing to comprehend the manga and just blindly reading the crap. You all act like and say you pay attention to the content yet when other characters display things far beyond Shikamaru's level it's ignored merely because Kishi doesn't point it out as intelligent. Pretty baffling.
I'll wait here for days for someone to show me something even remotely impressive that's not shit level that I could name dozens of strategies from characters far "less intelligent" that are much better. "200 IQ" yada yada, this is a fictional manga where elite shinobi crap on 200 IQ, there's a reason Kakashi is so much smarter. And it's not because he's one of the minority and Shika is "one of the smartest characters in the series".
I think everyone who posts for Shikamaru ITT or any thread involving him or his intelligence needs a good hard lesson in what battle tactics and smarts is.
Please point out these countless shinobi, he's only done 2 things and people only consider them smart because his sensei who loves him hyped him to no end and people ignore that he was completely shot down as being considered "good leader for a genin". Said 2 things were hardly impressive, fodder characters peopel consider retarded have done better things than Shika ever has.
I could give a shit about Sasuke's character, Shikamaru is far from one of the smartest characters in the series, he's supremely overrated and has average intelligence at best. Sakura casually pulls off better intelligence display than Shika on a regular basis.

Joki, Shika devised a plan to take out an opponent with Tailed beast like power in less than 5 minutes.
Sasuke fought Bee, and the plan he devised was amaterasu, which failed to get him the real Bee anyway.

Well, Sasuke is stronger but I think that Shikamaru is smarter.

Shikamaru's intelligence is overrated, yes against his opponents he shows good tactics. But Sasuke is on completely different level. Shikamaru's intelligence wouldn't do shit against the strong opponents Sasuke has faced/defeated.
