Who is smarter Naruto or Sasuke?

You're right however the gap between Naruto and Sasuke has been slowly narrowing

He's had battle time with Obito and was handed an eyeless Madara on a silver platter. Showed very little battle sense in these fights, just new techniques. And he contributed next to nothing vs Kabuto. Sasuke has had plenty of fight time. 3 is a very valid point.

Danzo was the last time Sasuke really leaned on his intel and analysis. He needs to analyze the rinnegan quick if he wants to fight Madara.

What makes Naruto a good tactician is that he's a natural born prankster. His fight against Kiba in the chunnin exams show this. Also when you have unlimited power and unrivaled numbers tactics can easily be thrown out the window. Sasuke has to preserve his chakra and his strategizing and exploiting character flawz is how he copes with a smaller pool than Naruto.

If you want to go by what Minato said then remember when he said that Naruto was doing a good job keeping up with Sasuke.

That being said, Sasuke is way smarter. He knows more about ninjutsu in general and his analytical abilities are far beyond Naruto's level.

Although Naruto has his smart areas as well. He's diverse in Senjutsu and natural chakra, more-so than Sasuke is (Naruto uses Senjutsu more effectively and he's been training it for longer than Sasuke has). He's also very good at coming up with diversionary tactics, because that's his style with the shadow clones and what not.

However overall, sasuke takes the intelligence stat.

Sasuke is smarter, though not by much.

Either Itachi or Sasuke could have single-handedly killed Kabuto before he went into DSM mode. Sasuke was a burden in that fight though and eveytime Itachi was injured was due to having protect Sasuke, something even Kabuto himself stated. Sasuke mostly stayed in the back and watched the fight while Itachi and Kabuto fought.

No. Neither of them are smart in general intelligence. That's actually Sakura and it's a manga fact. Both Naruto and Sasuke were reading physics questions involving shuriken trajectory on the written portion of the chuunin exams. Sakura was the only one in the K11 who knew all the answers and breezed through the test like it was nothing. Everyone else had to cheat. Naruto and Sasuke are smart at battle tactics and strategy.

Matching chakra ratios is something Naruto and Sasuke have been doing repeatedly, since they were kids. And Naruto deserves exactly the same amount of credit for that feat since it's a shared feat. Although that technique had literally 0 effect anyway, since ninjutsu doesn't hurt Juubito.

Susano Kyuubi was legit and Sasuke deserves credit, however it is a technique that Madara invented in the first place.

And like I stated before, Naruto is superior in knowledge and practice of senjutsu chakra. The Juugo point isn't really a beneficial point to bring up since Sasuke is still a relative beginner at Senjutsu compared to the likes of Naruto, Juubito, Hashirama, and Rikudou Madara. Sasuke is probably closer to Minato's level of Senjutsu. Or Jiraiya's level, since he needs a partner (Juugo; elder sage toads) to use it.
Naruto figured out the fact that Juubi-jin forms are weak to senjutsu/natural energy.

I'm not saying that Naruto is smarter, but for Sasuke's intelligence, he has been performing slightly under expectations during the first part of this war. Although I believe Sasuke's comeback to this fight will be just as epic as Naruto's.
