Planning ahead and calculating his opponents makes Sasuke more intelligent in that department, but Naruto is known to pick up things and take action quickly in dire situations.

Both are intelligent but at what they do best.

As for intelligence in general (math, etc...) it would obviously be Sasuke. Naruto is more of a tactile (hands on) learner.

In battle, I'd say they're on equal terms. They've both shown great battle tact and wit and being able to think on the fly. Naruto has impressed me more, though.

I'd say as for battle intelligence, it's a tie, very hard to say when thinking unbiased, but for general intellect , Sasuke without a doubt.
