[VS] who is smarter Naruto or Sasuke?

Sasuke is smarter, Naruto is dumb.

Sasuke is smarter, but Naruto isn't far behind in any way. The databook only puts him a half point behind Sasuke, and Minato said he isn't far behind Sasuke when it comes to wits. Still behind, but not by any significant amount.
