Not really, he is smart and have much knowledge (even had knowledge of Rikudou sennin, which Onooki said was a fairy tale to Tobi back to kage summit)

Okay, but either way he's a ninja, he's supposed to put his emotions aside and battle rationally.

And LOL I think you mean Sasuke. The man tried to take on 5 Kages out of rage. The angriest thing I've seen Naruto do is repeatedly punch Deidara, and it became a clay clone anyway. And even then, he was in his initial Nine-tails phase.

Any time Kurama took over Naruto it stops counting as Naruto's actions (after 3 tails).


But back to your main point, there's a saying. It goes "He who angers you, conquers you." Ay lost his arm FOREVER just to prove a point.. And then he would have jumped onto Sasukes Enton spikes, maybe killing him.. but definitely killing himself if it weren't for Gaara.

I believe that the Raikage has allot more experience, however.. He let's his temper get in the way of him thinking straight, which could change the outcome of the fight.

Naruto is actually really smart when it comes to using his own abilities. His biggest strategy his is ability to surprise his opponent, which he has shown on many occasion's.

It's a hard one to say because being hokage is more than just power, you need experience and the ability to think, which would indicate that he is actually pretty smart, i believe we have just yet to see him in a position were he needs to use his head.

Naruto isn't the smartest when it comes to "Written essays" although when it comes to a battle i would say he would out-wit most people!

i think they are even, raikage against minato actually analyzed ftg to the same extent obito did, except he didn't know minato could perform seals with his hand. Naruto on the other hand is good at coming up with plans, not the greatest plans (fart in kiba's face) but a pretty reasonable one's sometimes.
