Who is smarter:Naruto or Raikage

Who would you say is smarter between Naruto and the 4th Raikage.
Neither of them are known for their legendary intelligence. xd

I would say the 4th Raikage due to experience and just having more life experience.

Naruto, at least he thinks right with his determination and 'will of fire' whereas Raikage is just violent and aggressive, almost similar to Madara but not exactly 'cause he still has more Good than Madara, I guess. Although Madara is more intelligent than Raikage if we were to put them together xd

In a way, Naruto.... He's matured a lot and with his different modes, his analytic skills are more better...
Raikage gets heated up quickly compared to Naruto and that's dumb... But Raikage is a kage after all, he sure has a massive amount of xp and knowledge ...
If people refer to A's dumbness in Sasuke's battle, that was just to aid story-line cause A by any means could have won that match w/o getting hurt...
