I feel it is shusui and danzo only because then sasuke can get info from both sides of the story. Also because oro was a big part of helping danzo and has DNA on both characters.

actually the one who knows everything is orochimaru however i am willing to believe that the people sasuke is going to meet are his family. he will try to talk some sense to them and ask them how he can defeat uchiha madara . that is where he will get his rinnengan just like naruto got his bijuu powers

What if it's the Kages and that's how they defeat Madara is Sasuke interrupts and wants answers from the Kages and protects them so he can get his answers... I mean if there were secrets to the history of the villages especially Konoha and the Uchiha's wouldn't the Kages know like on their first days they be told or be given documentation of the secret history.
