The conflicting answer is Zoro. However, Franky's armour after TS is rather strong even though, Baby 5 managed to pierce through it. FRANK's armour is said to be made by the strongest metal out. Wapo-metal. So yeah..that could be used as his argument as being physically strong.

Now we gotta look at Zoro. From a young age he was training to become strong. We see him lifting rocks at the time of Dragon saving citizens of Grey Terminal. The. Shortly afterwards, he joins Luffy's crew and gets a chance to challenge Mihawk. Miserably failing, and taking the worlds strongest slice and still lived to tell the tale. A feat which i think Franky could not.

Then, years later at Thriller Bark. He pleads Bartholomew Kuma to allow Luffy n the rest of crew to get away in exchange for his life. We see Zoro the taking an amazingly massive amount of damage and when the crew next day wake up and sanji finds him. Zoro is still alive and standing covered in blood. Therefore, i must state that :

PIRATE HUNTER, RONOROA ZORO..120 Million beri is physcially stronger than Suuuuper Franky! U_U
