1)Raikage with his Speed and Power combo. He can decapitate your head off, and you wont see it coming.

2)Floating Old Man kage has the dust release, which will get rid of anything caught in it.

3)I think Gaara's Sand is faster than Raikage's speed. (When Sasuke went to Kage Summit) Gaara might not be able to block Raikage because of Lightening is strong against Earth style (gaara's sand)

4) If Tsunade is able to land a taijutsu attack on her enemy, he's pretty much dead or hurt HELLA badly

5)Mizukage can mess you up with unique Ninjutsu
