Barto has his own crew, but will most likely ally with Luffy, like the way WB had allies.
The soldier will stay with Rebecca.
Sabo will most likely stay a Revolutionary, but will certainly be allies with Luffy.

Yeah, its weird though cause I'd really don't see jinbe joining them although he is scheduled too.

They'll join Laws crew. They'd mirror Fossa and Vista and Marco from the WBP's within Laws Crew. Law already mirrors WB and Jean already mirrors Jozu. Bepo also mirrors Jiru while Shachi will mirror Namur (Based on the fact that Shachi means Orca).

Violet is still King Riku's daughter. I doubt she will join the crew, because of that, and I think she despice being a pirate.

I do, however, believe the next member has to be a woman, but I have no idea who.

I doubt she will join the crew, because of that, and I think she despice being a pirate.

2. Neither did Nami
3. Neither did Franky

She can perform the role of Look out ; assist Nami in navigation and be a dancer to go with Brooks music. She is strong enough to be in the mid quartet (as it will be when she joins), she also is female (like you said ; need more female members).

All Strawhats are based on and share similarities with characters and people from external fiction:
Luffy = Young Oda (Obsession over beetles and being rubber, Oda was obsessed with these two as a kid)
Zoro = Zorro and Francois L'ollonais (Name...)
Sanji = Leonard Dicaprio and Steve Buscemi (Hair, being a lover etc.)
Franky = Frankenstein (Pre skip he was also Popeye and Ace Ventura inspired...)
Robin = Cindarella (look at her childhood!)
Brook = A poem character (his story perfectly matches the poem)
Chopper = Rudolph (No explanation)
Nami = Cat Woman (No explanation)
Usopp = Boy who cried wolf (The story was also written by Aesopp)
Viola = Violet Gibson (Tried to assassinate Benito Mussolini, coincidentally she's headed to Doflamingos palace; most probably in an attempt to assassinate Doflamingo)

Other suggestions from the OP:

Anyone bolded has already been "disqualified" in the "contest" as Oda hasn't allowed them to follow the general trend. And Sabo wouldn't join Luffy if he is stronger than him. Ace didn't join so why would Sabo?

Meh, my only hope is for Bellamy to join regardless of how slim the chances are - I can actually see him joining Luffy; I've also read theories of him joining Law but that would be lame since Bellamy isn't op nor is he weak; a perfect fit for Luffy's crew.
- He develop as a character [ put in note that Bartolomeo is a strong character and he was already injured when he was beaten by the Donquixote's Donqueer so it wouldn't be fair to judge his full strength just yet ] unlike most in the new world who already develop in shadows - meaning we've never seen them so their development wouldn't be a thing - and since the Straw Hat develop in their own way; Bellamy being from the grand line, it just fit perfectly.
Rebecca.. I mean, she's okay and all but I'd rather see her stay behind - Luffy did claim he wanted at least ten crew members and Oda also stated that the next member will be a girl and based on how Blackbeard's crew is; she'll most likely face the barbaric-like female member of the Blackbeard crew [ can't remember her name ] but still, I'd rather have Bellamy than her.

As for both Sabo and Bartolomeo; I see them as allies since both are contracted to their own sides.

Jinbei's addition would be great but he's too strong - the balance might not change too much though.
