Perfect Susano'o is said to be the equivalent to a Tailed Beast, so the sword of the former should be the counter to the Tailed Beast Bomb of the latter (which is also portrayed in the Madara and Hashirama fight). If we're going by area of effect, then Naruto certainly wins due to his attack's spherical nature, but in terms of power their attacks would be practically equal.

Naruto was also weakened and fought the entire war and was consuming kuramas chakra since he left turtle island. You can't really expect kurama to have full chakra at that point can you? Rikudou chakra saved his life

Dude naruto has WAYYYY more chakra. Even if sasuke could launch bijuu damas and use all the same attacks he still wouldnt be as destructive. Naruto just has many times more chakra than sasuke
