Sasuke wanted to wipe out the entire Leaf regardless of everyones relationships/knowledge of the Uchiha massacre at one stage while Madara wanted everyone to have a beautiful dream for the rest of time. Ima actually go with Sasuke AT HIS MOST INSANE. Madara doesn't even really get violent. He gets bored of fodders and when someone strong comes along he just gets excited about the damage that'll be done to HIMSELF cuz he'a a masochist like that.

Maddy also showed more calm and cool headedness. He can walk away and scheme plans that last lifetimes. Only creaming himself when Hashi shows up. Meanwhile Sasuke himself said he was an avenger and relentlessely chased for bloody revenge after bloody revenge. Only stopping to train so he can get revenge better. Ofc he's mellow af now.

Neither of them are innately violent. They had reasons for doing what they did. Both of them were some of the kindest people in the series. Obviously Madara takes the cake for who did more violent things though.

In my opinion the most violent would be either the devil worshipping Hidan, or Deidara whose reason for joining Akatsuki was literally "just because"and if you'd bring about terror and the world end just because.... you're really just violent.

Who was that exactly? Madara did nothing throughout the series until he got about 2 hours in the sun (and even then, it was night time), and Sasuke never plotted anything.

An attack that basically amounted to killing off some fodders that we didn't know. It couldn't even kill the old guy who was directly under the meteor as it hit.
