Obito utterly destroys Madara in this competition. Madara only uses a sheild, staff and Stick. Obito can:
A: Make his Gudou Dama's explode
B: stick his Gudou Damas to People
C: Make those rods for the 6 red Yin Barrier with just one
D: Nunoboku
E: Regenerate his Gudou Dama's.

Feats or gtfo, Obito in a landslide. Doesn't matter in the slightest that Madara was a more powerful jin, he did virtually nothing with the gudodama. There's not even a reasonable argument to be made that he had the potential to be better. Shape manipulation is control + creativity, power + control (i.e. Madara) does not equate to superiority in that aspect.
