Both Characters are worth their hype. We never saw Itachi at Full Power and how strong he could have been in his Prime but even so he was really impressive. Minato currently shows us that he is worth that hype too.
Its just a few Members who wank the shit out of them.

Itachi is overrated quite a lot by troll fanboys. Itachi is my favorite character but i dont think he is invincible. I do notice that a lot of people start to hate and even underestimate itachi due to the trolls. Itachi shouldn't be underrated either. He was an extremely powerful character with great deal of potential that he threw away for the sake of his villiage and brother.
