each of these characters may have all been peeping toms at the women hot springs. who you think is most pervy out of them all?

3rd hokage- could have pass somee pervyness to jaraiya
ebisu- no interior motive by very sneaky looking
iruka- was also mischievious at narutos age
naruto-created "sexy justu"
jaraiya-writing books and uses women hot springs for inspiration
