Well, Nagato was using Madara's eyes till the day he was given them at an adolescent age till the time of his death.

The reason why I put Kabuto is because it was stated in the manga that he has surpassed Orochimaru in Edo Tensei. The nature of Edo Tensei, it itself is a God-like jutsu; allowing the wielder to give life to the dead and manipulate beings as if their his slaves.

Obito fails to be more God-like than Nagato. Nagato had both eyes and successfully used all of Rinnegan's abilities. Hell all Obito is good at, is borrowing eyes. First he borrowed some Uchiha's sharingan which is how he used Izanagi, and then he borrows the Rinnegan from Nagato which originally belongs to Madara.

I agree with you. Naruto will become like the Rikudo Sennin but right now the only shinobi close enough to the Sage is Madara because in his Edo form he is a combination of Uchiha and Senju personified. Naruto will surpass every shinobi but that's all in good time.
