Who is more evil Orochimaru or Danzo

Like the thread say who is more evil?

Orochimaru did these:
- Try to destroy konoha
- Experiment on baby to enable them to use Mokuton
- Stealing body for immortality
- Kidnapping

Danzo did these evil:
- Manipulate Kabuto and her mum to kill each other even which made Kabuto turn evil
- Was involved in Nagato betrayal which turn him evil
- Making his own subordinate kill each other or he kills both of them in graduation
- Killed a frog to stop Naruto knowing about Pain in Konoha
- Danzo didn't help against Pain just so Tsunade could be - kicked out of Hokage even risking the village safety and the people

Orochimaru, unlike Danzo who did all of his actions with the village in mind, Orochimaru clearly had a ulterior motive that didn't benefit anyone but himself. Danzo, despite his shady doings, wanted the best for the village, and he made that clear in his final monologue.

I disagree even tho he stated he was doing it for the village he still, envied sarutobi, he gave way more of a sinister motive like world domination mostly by controlling villages and stuff from the shadows

Orochimaru was never evil and he never tried to destroy Konoha.

1. The elders use to approve experiment on human during the 2nd war.
2. Orochimaru just wanted revenge on the 3rd hokage otherwise he would've wiped out the hidden leaf village with a virus or whatever.

4. Kidnapping...Shit name a village who never done that...
