maybe Nagato is quiet but he blames the wrong people like angry at Tsunade(she didnt kill his parents)
Jiraiya didnt kill his parents... He actually trained him(nagato)
And Nagato worked with Orochimaru(he wanted to kill Nagato when they were smaller but didnt because of Jiraiya
Itachi is more emotionally stable just in a mood a little
