V3 Susano'o is more durable when it comes to what can and can't pierce it.

Kaguya would likely be able to recover from attacks that would destroy V3 Susano'o, but that would be due to her vitality and regeneration ability, not because her body is so durable that most attacks can't pierce it.

It depends on how you're asking the qestion. Hosts of the ten-tails do not have hardened skin, meaning they can be penetrated as easily as any other human. Kaguya can regenerate more, but Susano'o takes more to damage.

V3 Susano'o is more durable. Kaguya got her arm cut off by Naruto, hurt from Super Biju Rasenshuriken, hurt by Kakashi's Lightning Blade, and her head busted by Sakura.

that logic won't fly here, particularly because Sakura punched a horn off her head and i don't recall Sakura ever having Rikudo chakra. It's been well established when Naruto used Gobi's steam power in that fight that it didn't take Rikudo chakra to land a solid blow on her any more than it did JJ Madara.

I dont think her hair is stronger than her horn. That what I meant by using her chakra to increase durability

If she increase the durability of her horn, Sakura's punch will leave no effect at all.

Kaguya using her hair to block that attack doesn't prove anything, particularly because no statement was ever made to corroborate any such thing that she can channel chakra like that. If she was capable of doing that, Black Zetsu would've mentioned it.
