It depends on what you're looking at. Sasuke is more dangerous in that he'll force you into very close encounters that require heightened sensing abilities and speed. Madara is more dangerous in the way that he'll crush you with overwhelming power. In a general sense of matter though, I'd say Sasuke since he'll get the situation done faster.
