Actually Uchiha genes are always dominant, and Sakura's "fodder" genes allowed her to surpass a Hokage and Sannin. Sasuke is also Rikudou enhanced, the only fodder of those 4 parents is Hinata.

2 strong parents > 1.

And Uchiha > Hyuuga and Uzumaki.

I never protect filler like Kakashi anbu , Jiraiya ninja Scroll , Chunin Exams , Chikara arc . You can see me in the discussion sections of them Complaining 10 lines . However this kaguya filler arc is different way different too , it feels canon all the characters are canon and the writing is good! Thats why to me i don't recognize them as filler

As of right now Himawari takes the cake. Sarada seems to be too cheerful over her friends about wanting to become hokage. Surely Sarada is a skilled shinobi who can already performed super enhanced strength as a young uchiha HOWEVER she doesn't seem to possess a greater potential than Himawari. Also Sarada doesn't portray dangerous to the others even when she gets mad, it doesn't frighten anyone one bit even Bolt.

In the other hand, Himawari was just a child who didn't even become a shinobi yet and already performed and surpassed the caliber of the Gentlefist feats. She ONESHOT the GOD to the floor which resulted him paralyzed for a whole day. Himawari is too kind, but whenever she get pissed, she's too deadly to others as a result she stomped Boruto and Naruto to the floor. Himawari scared the living shit out of Boruto and even try to give a nice rape face.
