IMO, I would have to say Sasuke. Madara is powerful enough to back his arrogance with. Sasuke in the beginning was very rude to Naruto and as he got older he didn't grow out of it.

Sasuke by far! I mean Orochimaru is a greater genius than Sasuke IMO and he trained Sasuke and made him stronger yet Sasuke said he is nothing before him. Orochimaru has a sense of style and flair and he is a very special character who makes Naruto unpredictable. Orochimaru is a once in a lifetime prodigy but Sasuke was just a substitute for Itachi in Oro's eyes.

I also remeber when Sasuke said "you are special Naruto, but I am more special." Like what the heck, Naruto has the nine tails, he is the son of the fourth Hokage, he is a chakra powerhouse and he perfected the rasengan into the rasenshuriken.
