Where did he learn rasengan and wouldn’t the toads tell naruto about someone like this? He know about oro and mitsuki so, but that fact that he said he thought naruto defeated momo and got the seal but it was boruto had me thinking that kawaki had to beat a otsutsuki somewhere along the line to get that seal and that might be the reason they’re looking for him if he have a power that can beat and otsutsuki without a seal, I’m not really sure but the way he made it seem was like the only way you can get it is to defeat a member of the otsutsuki family
