well guess what, madara can also control people, he has the upper hand because he has the most sinister chakra ever in the uchiha and was apparently the only one able to manipulate the kyuubi. i think if its to do with attacks like that then danzo and madara ATLEAST cancel eachother out. dont try say "komoakatsumi is the best genjutsu so it owns" because it cant defend against other genjutsu because theirs a good chance madara can fire up his first.

Tsunade's words are pointless if we get to see the real Madara fighting in top form and he doesn't cut it as #1 for me, atleast not yet anyway. Especially since he is Kabuto's Edo.

Madara has no genjutsu that can control people, Don't try and add jtusu to his abilities..... The naka shrine said Mangekyou sharingan can contorl bijuus, thats what Madara and tobi did

Like I said, what ever he does, Kabuto can do since he has controll over him, just like all the other people he brought back. So for that reason he can't be #1 unless he somehow brakes out, then becomes stronger than Kabuto + Edo's which I doubt is going to happen. You should see what Kabuto has done with 1 Jutsu.

off topic- i dont think its fair to bring kabuto into the listings BECAUSE he uses a technique that doesnt actually discharge his own chakra when its active; it uses the living sacrifices body and then replaces the soul and physical features with the dead person. so thats why it probably "has no weaknesses" because it doesnt depleat the users chakra.
more over ,you cant exactly count the new characters like 3rd raikage if your gonna count kabuto, because he supposedly owns them edo tensei right, or you can include kabuto and the new characters but excluding the fact that kabuto can use edo tensei because he is using someone elses power not his own. (hopefully your still following). lastly the technique can potentially be used by ANYONE , even konohamaru if he had the guts to abduct a living ninja and go grave hunting and then learn the procedure, this simple and harmless jutsu cant possibly count as a feet; can you say kabuto is stronger than SO6P if he managed to resurrect even him, i cant. taking impure world resurrection out of kabutos arsenal still makes him in the top ten tho because he has oro's jutsu and DNA and apparently he his both a medical genius and a genius in general.

Edo Tensei is quite the same as summomings. Thery are both using someone else's power. I agree that it is a cheap tactic but as much as I think that, I don't see why it can't be counted. And I doubt anyone could performe it, seeing as it was invented by 2nd Hokage, finished by Oro then perfected by Kabuto it must take skill to learn and use. Taking to account both Kabuto and Oro were genius'
I do agree about not counting the new character's though since they wasn't in control. But their power should be acknowledged. And if Kabuto ressurected the SO6P he would in theory have the SO6P's power, so I would have to accept them at the same level.

I repeat that was Tobi not Madara, you do realize tobi cut his hair right? When he walked out of the shadows kisame saw his face, Then when tobi took his mask off for kisame, he recognized him as the Mizukage (person behind yagura) , That was Tobi...Read the manga properly

so...your saying tobi had long hair while posing as madara back when he met kisame(and most likely itachi as well). i think its weird that he cut his hair(as you say) if he was gonna pose as madara even further. it doesnt add up. i think what does add up is if that guy WAS MADARA because we now know that madara lived up to when he met nagato so why couldnt he live an extra ten or so years when he met kisame as well. same applies for him meeting itachi- he had long hair like the edo madara we see now.

No he couldn't live "A extra 10 years" when he met Nagato he would have been very old , in his 80's , i Made a time line showing that......The person who controlled yagura and the tobi are the same people...kisame confirmed that when tobi took his mask off....Madara was long dead when tobi took his mask off

Itachi and Kisame Have no way of knowing how madara looked.....He lived 90/100 years before there time, and all there is is a statue of him with barely any facial features to make a link......The masked man could easily be Izuna and just say he was Madara, and they have no choice but to believe it....
