probably madara but the way he talked about his beloved brother seems like he can be tnj'd too.

but those are the ones i believe they cant be affected :
hidan,kakuzu,zetsu (?), kisame, orochimaru

Tobi (hopefully) and that is probably it, I doubt Madara is immune but it probably wont be Naruto delivering it and may not be completely speech. Madara has no weakness so has to be beaten by some out there plot device, and Sasuke looks a lot like Izuna for a reason right?
