I believe that the spiral zetsu has yamato in it, that is how it managed to use such powerful wood attacks. so I really doubt it is yamato.

I really don't care if people think that because Karin doesn't know the chakra that it's not Kabuto. Karin was not with them when they revived Orochimaru. And there is absolutely no evidence that shows Karin has ever even met Kabuto, and if she has, it was long, long before he became like he is now. His chakra is most likely nothing like what Karin has seen from him before.
