Only an idiot would approach Madara now, Get close to Madara = DEATH! Sasuke & Tobirama have already been owned.

Sasuke will save himself i think with Hashiramas new Jutsu combined with PS. People are saying Jugito or Karin will save him... How?
First you need to get close to Sasuke and get him out of there. Do you really think Madara will allow that?

You'd think it to be Karen but I think it'd be excellent development for her if Karen helps Naruto instead, realising that Sasuke is too far away and that healing him which also means getting past Madara is suicide.

Maybe nobody helps Sasuke and he slowly dies, alone, while Naruto slowly recovers, around his friends.

Or whatever Hashi gave to Sasuke saves him.

Juugo could save him
Oro now has Zetsu abilities so he could repair Sasuke. He could even use mayfly to get to him quickly.
Sakura or Tsunade who know very advanced med ninjutsu could use the technique Chiyo did to bring Gaara back to life at the cost of theirs and use it on Naruto or Sasuke.
There's many reasons why neither will die.

You know Sai is there with Sauske is right ? he can take Sauske to his friends or to someone with his ink hawk & even if Taka don't make it in time , my prediction is Jugo will sacrifice himself to save him .
