The fact is ftg attacks are not instant. The teleportation is instant, body movement are not. Minato and Tobirama are still limited by their physical limitation

teleportation is not considered speed in battle

speed= velocity / time

teleportation ignores concept of time

Also teleportation is limited by reaction speed. Speedstars like flash can blitz Minato a million times before Minato can think about teleport
