Who is faster.

Obviously Sasuke..

we got a sasuke flamer fanboy right here. I think they are both insanely fast, but Naruto doesn't have to be in range. He can just speed the hell up. Naruto is way fast. Sasuke isn't as fast but he can teleport very fast if within range.

but no serious i think naruto is still faster in raw speed

but technique sasuke didnt do a movement so maybe its teleport? or time slow
