How did you come to the concluding that sasuke has greater speed in using shurikens and kenjutsu? When the manga has portrayed Itachi to excel in that category, If anything they are equal in that matter. Again reflexes? That should probably go to Itachi.

Part 1 Itachi, maybe. But when both of them were toe to toe, Sasuke's skills seems better to me. Kenjutsu? Since when did Itachi excel in Kenjutsu? Reflexes? Both seems equal to me.
